Dr. Hester is unwavering in his commitment to delivering the best possible outcomes for his patients.

Dr. Pouly completed refractive and corneal fellowship at Moran Eye Center, one of the premier top rated training programs in the United States. He is a published author of multiple studies on LASIK and PRK surgical care including a study focusing on high myopic photorefractive keratectomy outcomes.

Born and raised in Central Arkansas, Aaron has been guiding patients through their LASIK journey for nearly a decade. Having been extremely nearsighted before his own LASIK, he knows firsthand the struggle of glasses and contacts—and the freedom that comes after surgery. He’s passionate about making the process as easy and stress-free as possible for every patient. When he’s not at the laser center, you’ll find him spending time with his family or hanging out with his dog, Kita.
